Q: What’s the difference between a customizable website and a Do it yourself (DIY) website?
A: Our tech team designs the website for you when you choose a customizable website. No worries on taking the time to do it yourself. On a do it yourself (DIY) website you can instantly start creating your own website using your own choice of color and templates.
Q: What if I already have my own domain name and logo, can I still use them?
A: Yes, we can transfer them right over to your new website.
Q: Can I use my own pictures?
A: Yes, you can personalize your website with your own pictures.
Q: I already have a website; can I just purchase a Facebook page or a schedule?
A: Yes, you can purchase each feature individually.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: No. You can cancel with us at any time. However, we guarantee you will like our service so much, that within one year if you are not satisfied we will give you a $1000 credit towards future services.
Q: How much do I have to pay for each additional page on the website?
A: You can have an unlimited number of pages for no additional charge.
Q: How much do I have to pay for each schedule?
A: If you are an independant contractor and want the schedule for just yourself, pay just $10. If you want it as a group in the salon or spa we offer group rates. The more schedules you add, the more you will save! Include online scheduling in your website package for one low price. It will be a great return on your investment into your business. Q: Is the website & online scheduling safe and secure?
A: Yes, everything about our websites are safe and secure. Not only will we never give out any of your personal information, but clients will never see any other clients’ information, and our servers are backed up every every 20 minutes for your peace of mind.
Q: Are there different levels of access to online scheduling for each employee?
A: Yes there are. We offer a back office administration page that offers full access to all schedules and features, access for the receptionist which makes it easy to view all available schedules, and each employee gets their own private schedule that is accessible to them 24 hours a day.
Q: Do my clients have to create a profile to confirm or book an appointment?
A: Yes. This is ensure that your clients receive a text message or an email reminder before their appointment. Text message reminders have been proven to reduce no-show appointments by 75%.
Q: Do I have to have or purchase a website to use your services?
A: If you only want to have the scheduling feature yo
u do not need one. You can order each feature individually here.
Q: Do I have to have a computer at work?
A: No, if you purchase a website without scheduling, just sit back and let it target the clients you are looking for. Our online scheduling feature does require an internet connection however, most of our features are iPhone and smart phone compatible.
We take the privacy of our email list members and site visitors very seriously. Unless directed by law enforcement agents, we have no intention of ever sharing the personal information of any of our members and visitors. On the other hand, we know that our members and visitors are an open and sharing group, and that we all have a great deal to learn from one another. If you have something to share, we'd love to hear from you, but would assume that you are also giving us permission in that case to publish your name, and or other identifying information.
The following information covers that big gray area in between and seeks to explain what information we do gather on our site and what we do with it once we have it.
We will make every attempt to keep the individually identifying information about our members off the site. This means we will not identify the individuals in pictures without their express permission. Full names will also not be used without permission. Partial names or pictures will not be connected to other personally identifying information whenever and wherever possible. However, Salon Scheduling Solutions cannot be held liable for any actions that result from outside parties identifying members from the above sources.
IP addresses identify individual computers; not people. We collect IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our servers, to administer our website, and to track visitor usage of the site. We do not continue to collect IP address information after a visitor has left our site.
Salon Scheduling Solutions is the sole owner of all information collected in regards to Salon Scheduling Solutions email list members or site visitors. We collect information at shows, casual meetings, from emails and forms delivered to this website’s email account, downloaded or emailed forms housed on this site, from our newsletter and other means that may or may not be used to directly affect the content or operation of this website.
We welcome and encourage visitors to add to the content of our sites by submitting pictures or written content. Your stories help us all, but please understand that all content submitted becomes the property of Salon Scheduling Solutions to edit and use at our sole discretion. We cannot guarantee to be able to include all original photos, etc. that are submitted, although we will make every effort to if asked.
If you have a situation that you think would make a great case study and help others become better at using our software to run their business or the website they build through us to promote their businesses, please contact us directly. That way we can work together to tell the story in the best possible way for both our audience and yours.

We will disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website.
Salon Scheduling Solutions.org does not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from or about children under 13 except as permitted by law. If we discover we have received any information from a child under 13 in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe demo.salonschedulingsolutions.com has any information from or about anyone under 13, please contact us immediately.
This site contains links to and from other sites. Salon Scheduling Solutions is not responsible for the privacy practices of such websites, nor are we responsible for any content on any linked sites or for any goods or services available from them.
Salon Scheduling Solutions works hard to ensure that the information contained on our web pages is accurate, relevant and of the high quality that our visitors have come to expect. While we reviewed the content and quality of each site that we link to before establishing those links, we cannot be held responsible for any changes in content or quality that may have occurred since we first established that link.
